Food Special udon noodles provided by a noodle factory! Attractive chewy texture
We offer carefully selected udon noodles made using a secret noodle-making method that has been passed down since our first generation for over 100 years. The ingredients are the highest quality ASW (Australian Standard White) flour suitable for udon, and after being made into a dough with only salt and water, it is aged in the refrigerator for at least 3 days until the air bubbles are removed. Masu. The texture is firm and chewy! We do not use any chemical seasonings, so please enjoy the natural taste of the ingredients.
