以前よりとても気になっていたお店です
ようやく訪問することができました
お盆休みの初日11時40分ごろ
店内はまだ完全に開店準備ができてない感じ
テーブルが3つだけのこじんまりしたお店
メニューを拝見するとビフテキが一押しかな？
でも敢えて「トンテキ」を注文してみました
セットメニューは無いようなのでライスも
お水とアツアツのおしぼりを持ってきてくれました
その後にシルバーをセッティングしてくれます
厨房から豚肉を焼く音が聞こえて心地良い
料理が来る前に付け合わせの野菜
それと福神漬けとらっきょを持ってきてくれました
しばらくしてライスとトンテキが到着
トンテキはかなりボリュームがあります
「ライス足らなかったら言ってくださいね」
と親切な一言がとても嬉しかったです
ボリュームのあるトンテキは脂身がいい具合
ニンニクチップを乗せながら食べます
別盛りの野菜もいい感じの味付けです
敷居は高く感じてたのですが行って良かった
お店は多分親子でされてると思います
オヤジさんが厨房で息子さんがホール
お水が減るのを見て何度も注ぎ足しに来る
お客さんへの気遣いが伺えました
オヤジさんも調理がない時は客席に座って
テレビを観る姿もホッコリします
会計後に何度も挨拶をしてくれました
「お気をつけて」との一言も
かなりの老舗のように感じました
でもそれにあぐらを描いてないお二人に感動
また必ず来るだろうと思いました
