なんばの人たちの憩い場であろう、歴史ある喫茶店。
1951年と書いてあるので戦後から続くお店なのだと思う。
喫茶店オタクの友人がおすすめしていたので、以前来たのだが、久しぶりに寄ってみた。
オープン時間になってちょうどマスターが出かけられていたみたいで、いらっしゃってからこれから始まる。
コーヒーは、さまざまな豆から選べる。
メニューに味のイメージが載っているので選びやすい。
コロンビアを選択。
さらにはせっかくなので、コーヒーゼリーも。
注文が入ってから、昔ながらの機械で豆を挽いていく。
いい香りが上がって来て、頂く。
香り、苦味、酸味が心地よい。
喫茶店だから飲める味。
片目に仕上げられたコーヒーゼリーも好み。
ミルクを少しかけるのが好き。
街は変わっていくけれどこういう、お店はずっと続いて欲しい
