なんばグランド花月で新喜劇鑑賞後、徒歩数分。勤労感謝の日の祝日夜6時半に訪れると、入口に大行列、待ちリストには20人近く名前が書いてあっだが、回転は速く、30分弱で着席。

サラダは、たっぷり野菜に加えてタコ・海老も入り、スパイシーなドレッシングが効いていて、これで780円とは素晴らしいコスパ
すじねぎ焼は、シンプルだが、牛すじとたっぷりのネギの味がマッチし、こんにゃくも入って中身トロトロ、醬油ダレが香ばしい。
ミックス焼そばはもっちり太麺に、豚・海老・イカ・キャベツ・もやしの具材たっぷり、ソースも濃厚で食べ応えあり。
店内は外国語が飛び交い、国際色豊かだが、日本のお好み焼きの代表として、世界に誇れる味だと思う。
