After eating Yakiniku (Grilled meat), Cold Noodles are refreshing! After receiving an order from a customer, our craftsmen knead it using only boiling water and buckwheat flour. Our handmade Cold Noodles are very chewy, but stretch easily, so they cannot be made ahead of time. Therefore, it may take some time after receiving your order, but it's worth the wait to enjoy the hand-made chewiness and texture!

Stone-grilled bibimbap is Ajiyoshi's most popular menu item ☆ It has a lot of heat! The temperature is incomparable to other stores. I use a custom-made stone pot because commercially available ones don't have enough heat. Enjoy crispy rice cooked with overwhelming heat and 11 kinds of toppings.

Now accepting various banquets! The private rooms at Ajiyoshi Sennichimae can accommodate up to 150 people.

We only select meat that is ideally ripe and deliver it to our customers. (We use A-5 rank Kuroge Wagyu beef, and we bring meat from several butcher shops and use the best quality meat.If we don't have good quality meat that day, we will sell out of stock.) In addition, we carry out thorough quality control by bringing in hormones from a separate specialist company every evening after 4pm, just before the store opens.
