東心斎橋の路地の奥まったところにあるしゃぶしゃぶとすき焼きの店。でも僕のお勧めはキムチ鍋。
鉄鍋にピリ辛キムチと具沢山の野菜、上質の豚肉がくつくつと煮えて、
ビール(美味しいプレミアムモルツ／サントリー久々の逸品)が何杯もお代わりできます。
ともすればキムチ鍋は途中で単調になってしまい飽きが来るものですが、
ここのキムチ鍋に限って言えばそんなことはありません。
しかも最後に作ってくれるオジヤがまた珍しくて、美味しいですよ。
オジヤを通り越して汁無しになって、チャーハンなろうかという状態で召し上がれとなります。
