I made a reservation and visited on a weekday night. It became increasingly crowded during my stay. Margherita has a very thin crust and doesn't bite like a regular pizza. It's hard to eat unless you roll it up. On the other hand, you can easily eat it in one bite. When I told the staff that I would be using it for a celebration, she decorated the dessert for me.
