この日は、土曜日だったのですが出勤。
上司ともう1人と3人で難波パークスでお昼はランチしました。
難波パークス七階＊うおまん＊
何種類かあるランチ御膳の中から、天ぷらやデザートも食べられるセットを皆でチョイス。
こちらは数名で来ても、個室に通してくれるのが落ち着けて良いところです。
そのために、注文はファミレスのようなブザーで。笑
4.5分で彩り御膳が運ばれて来ました。
正しく目でも楽しめる彩り豊かな品々。目移りしながら食べました。
うまくメニュー表通りには書けないのですが、

＊口取り(タコの柔らか煮・玉子焼・お刺身コンニャク・ホタルイカの沖漬け・菜の花の酢味噌etc)
＊筍の煮付け＊
＊茶碗蒸し＊
＊赤出汁＊
＊じゃこご飯＊
などがありました。
旬の筍やホタルイカを美味しく頂きました。
喋りながらゆっくり食べていたのですが、ほとんど目の前の御膳が無くなった頃に、、、

が運ばれてきて、あらら、、、そういえばメニューにあったね〜とか言いながら苦笑い。
カラッと揚がった天ぷらはどれも美味しかったのですが、タイミングが遅すぎて残念でした。
その後、デザートのシャーベットは声をかけて持ってきてもらい、お口サッパリしていい感じでした。
おそらく、土曜日だったのでランチでもアルコールが入るお客さんもあり、お料理をゆっくり目にしてるのかな〜と推測しました。
でも、ホールのスタッフさんがもう少し様子見に来てもらえたら、もっと美味しく頂けたかもな。。。
