どのお料理も薄めで塩を引き立たせる味付け。

お値段はちょっと高め？
場所柄しかたないかなー。

野菜もお肉もお魚も、合う塩を用意してくれます。
面白いし、塩の美味しさに改めて気付かされます。
料理の種類も多くて美味しいので、気に入ってます。色んな塩の説明も毎回丁寧にして頂けます。
海葡萄、肉、海鮮3種盛り、どれをとっても美味しい。瓶ビールが合う。海鮮の食べ方が4種類もあり豊富なので、楽しい。カツオが特に美味しい。
名前の通り、数十種類の塩で様々な料理を食べられます。味も値段も十分満足でき、日本酒の種類も豊富です。
