大阪老舗のお好み焼き屋さん、ぼてじゅう総本店　道頓堀店です。
大阪ぼてじゅうとは、違う経営です。
まず入って驚いたのは、清潔感。お好み焼き屋さんは結構汚れているお店が多いですが、かなり清潔感がありました。また、スタッフも元気に挨拶。
しっかりと教育されていてびっくりです。今回はカウンターに案内されたのですが、焼いている人は外国の方ばかり。ただ、結構しっかり焼いていてびっくりします。
メニューもかなり多くて、お好み焼き屋さんのジャンルを超えて、大阪の料理が全て詰まっています。
串カツやホルモン焼き。サラダ、餃子など居酒屋さんの様です。
味も本当に美味しくて、お好み焼き、焼きそば、ホルモン焼き、餃子全て合格点でした。
