今日はシックな裏路地なので酒場放浪記の様に書こう。
焼き鳥のお店は、大衆的なお店から高級店まで幅が広い。
こちらの、「味鳥」さんは後者に属するお店。
利兵衛横丁は千日前通りから北へ上がった細路地で、昼も夜も格別の雰囲気を醸し出すエリア。
大阪ミナミの奥の深さを感じる事が出来る。
食べログページからの雰囲気をイメージして訪問したならば、些かのギャップを感じる店内空間。
お店はカウンターのみ。
喫煙も可能だけど、お店側からの配慮もある様だ。
基本系はコースが人気の様で、3850円の「竹」コースと5500円の「松」コースが設定されている。
また、一品でのオーダーも可能。（その場合4皿のオーダーが必須となる。確か）
ちなみにワンドリンク制。
お品書きには価格は明記していない。
お酒も価格は不明。
最初に2種類の付き出し（900円）
温泉卵とささみの山かけ。
こちらのお店では、つくねを味鳥焼きと呼んでいる。
特に印象に残ったのは、しゃもねぎ。
所謂、ねぎまなのだが、身が大きく弾力があり歯応えも良かった。
また、旨味を閉じ込める火入も私好みであった。
