Yakitonya Tayu Tayu offers a variety of carefully selected pork dishes. In particular, the pork sashimi is carefully prepared and then quickly blanched. Therefore, there is no unpleasant smell and once you try it, you will definitely be addicted to it!

In addition to about 100 types of shochu, we offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, including local sake and wine. In particular, we recommend ``mae-wari shochu,'' which has a more mellow flavor by diluting it with water and letting it sit for at least a month. Find your favorite shochu from among the hand-made scrolls, which can stretch up to 5m.
