We use the highest quality Bincho charcoal, which brings out the flavor of the ingredients through its far-infrared rays. We use fresh vegetables that are clearly sourced. Our homemade sauce does not use preservatives, coloring agents, or chemical seasonings. Rich soy sauce-based, yet light (we also sell bottles so you can eat it at home♪) We use Iga Koshihikari rice. It is characterized by its moderate stickiness, sweet taste, and plump, lustrous luster that whets the appetite. |
