焼き魚定食

天才と凡才の差は大きい。天才が一瞬で分かることが、凡才は10年かかるかもしれない。それでも、その領域を目指し研鑽を続けられるのも、才能の一つ。
さて、本日は『酒と肴 よしまさ』さんへ足を運ぶ。黒門市場を定点観測。なかなか往時の面影はない。まだまだ時間がかかりそうだ。当初は他のお店を目指していたが、おお、お魚料理の定食を出すお店がある。ちょうど『とんかつ吉兆』のあるビルの１階だ。これはいい出会いと、さっそく入ってみる。
・焼き魚定食(1,000円)
とんかつとお魚料理を組み合わせた日替わりランチも用意されているが、お魚の一本勝負でいこう。煮魚、お造りと迷うところであるが、焼き魚の定食を所望する。青魚と選べるので、白身魚を所望する。
おぉ、これは立派なお魚だ。結構、提供まで時間がかかったが、それもそのはず。じっくりと焼き上げられている。お魚の名前を聞き逃したが、ふっくらとした白身とパリッとした皮が絶妙なバランス。
小鉢が３品。だし巻き玉子、油揚げと水菜の煮びたし、タマゴサラダと、これも充実の内容。満足度の高い定食でした。味しかったです。ご馳走さまでした。
これはなかなかいいお店でした。他のお料理もチャレンジしたい。
往く道は精進にして、忍びて終わり、悔いなし。
