この日、打ち合わせがあって日本橋のこちらへ
一階のお蕎麦屋さんは大阪好っきゃ麺にも参戦されてたお店で、同じ建物の地下が【旬肴料理人 裕】さんでした。
8席ほどのこじんまりした店内は清潔感あって落ち着ける雰囲気。
まずは喉も渇いたので生ビールをw
旬の食材シェアコースを頂きました。
(先付け)◆ホタルイカと春野菜の和え物
(汁物)◆千葉の天然のハマグリのお吸い物
(お造り)◆５種盛り合わせ
(焼き物)◆河豚の醤油焼き、魚の味噌焼き、ホタルイカ、そら豆、ふき
(天ぷら)◆ふきのとう、新玉ねぎ、百合根
(ご飯もの)◆豆ご飯のしらす乗せとアオサの赤出し
(フルーツ)◆柑橘中間母本農6号(ミカンの一種)
これだけ頂きました。
ホールの女性スタッフさんも大将も空気感良くて、さり気なくお料理の出るタイミング、お酒が無くなるタイミングに声をかけて下さり、とても心地よく食事ができました。
一つ一つの素材が新鮮な旬の物を、お吸い物やお造りに焼き物に天ぷらにと久々の和食に舌鼓して、打ち合わせもスムーズに進行w
最後のご飯物はお茶漬けかなと思えば、豆ごはんでやったぁ〜
って感じです(*^^*)
其れにシラスがいっぱい乗ってたんでニンマリ(*´꒳`*)
美味しく食べられました。
アルコールは、最初の乾杯は生ビールを。
その後、私は甘めのお酒のソーダ割りを。旦那さんは日本酒をもらいました。
お店の入り口は道頓堀商店街ですが、お店の裏側は道頓堀川のとんぼりリバーサイドに面していて季節によったらテラス席も可能らしいです。
