少し前になりますが休みの日にお馴染みのメンバーで難波に昼飲みに行きました
この日に行ったお店は道頓堀にある豊栄ビルの地下1階にある旬肴 料理人 裕です
店内に入ると落ち着いた雰囲気で8席のカウンターとテラス席もあります
この日は天気もいいので道頓堀川沿いのテラス席に座り食事をすることに
飲み物はハイボールと瓶ビールです
乾杯～
ここから料理も頼みますがある程度はおまかせで料理を出してもらいます
もちろん単品のメニューも色々あります
日本酒と単品メニューです
他にもお酒の肴にピッタリなのが色々あります
まず最初の料理はこの4品
料理はメイタカレイ煮付け、クラゲポン酢、イサキ白子焼き、境港紅ズワイカニです
どの料理もとても美味しいです
この料理に飲み物はおすすめの日本酒3種
日本酒は喜久泉 吟冠 吟醸、五橋 five レッド 純米辛口、桂月 超辛口 特別純米です
飲むと喜久泉は透明感のある口当たりで飲みやすいですね
five レッドはキレのある辛口で桂月は超辛口ほど辛く感じなくスッキリして美味しかったです
刺身3種盛り～
刺身は金目鯛、天然真鯛、剣先イカです
やっぱりどの刺身も美味しいですが金目鯛の炙りがお気に入りです
剣先イカと春野菜、ニンニクの芽 鯛の酒盗炒め
小皿に一人ずつ出してくれました
剣先イカもやわらかくて美味しくニンニクの芽が食欲を刺激します
日本酒のグラスも空いたのでお酒を頼みます
日本酒は篠峯 超辛口 山田錦 純米酒 竹山ラベルです
3人で2合徳利で頼みます
爽快な飲み口でついつい飲み過ぎそうになってしまいます
すぐに2合徳利も空いて磯自慢 特別純米
富山白海老と野菜かき揚げ～
これも1人ずつ小皿にだしてくれました
サクッと揚がっていて食感も良く口の中で白海老の香ばしい美味しさが広がります
からすみ大根
からすみとさっぱりしている大根は相性バッチリ
これが日本酒にめっちゃ合います
単品では活しまあじカマ焼き(大)
立派なサイズのカマで身には脂がよくのっていてジューシーで美味しいです
日本酒は雁木 夏辛口 純米
口当たりもよく米の甘みを感じてするすると飲めてしまう美味しさ
山法師 純米爆雷辛口原酒生酒
生酒とは思えないくらいに切れ味抜群です
ここで料理はお肉です
和牛の部位はハラミとトンビです
七輪で炭火で焼いて食べます
いい感じに焼けてきて食べると柔らかくて美味しい～
トンビも焼いていきます
赤身の旨味もありこれも美味しいですね
お酒は凌駕 純米10辛
スッキリとしたキレのよい味わいです
銀ダラ西京焼き
香ばしさもありふっくらと焼かれていてます
身も柔らかくジューシーな脂ものっていて美味しい～
新玉ねぎの天ぷら
シンプルに塩で食べましたが甘くて美味しいです
日本酒は飛露喜 特別純米
バランスの良く美味しいですね
この飛露喜の2合徳利が空いたところでフィニッシュ
美味しかった～
どの料理も美味しく若い店主さんも気持のいい対応でとてもよかったです
またゆっくり夜にも食べに来たいと思いますヾ(＠^▽^＠)ﾉ
