The date changed to Saturday, the second day of the expedition. Today we have set up a lunch course that will take you around Osaka's Minami and end with Nishinari's Nabeya. I'm originally from Osaka, and I worked here on my own until seven years ago, so I know a lot about Osaka, but I purposely chose this course for the Tokyo group. When we looked inside the store, it looked like a plantain, so it looked like the seven of us could fit inside. We sat around a round table and selected the menu items. First, draft beer. Cheers. It's hot today, so the daytime sake permeates my body. For the time being, I ordered the grilled beef tendon and edamame with a drink. It's after 2pm, so I'm hungry. I changed to today's half-price drink, 190 yen Chu-Hi. More food will come out. Chicken flat grilled instead of tonpeiyaki. Dashi-rolled egg. Charcoal-grilled Kyoto red chicken thigh tataki.
