カボチャなのにほんと見た目はそうめんみたい！
食感は少しシャッキっとした感じでお出汁が効いてて冷たく夏にぴったりな付き出しです。

カンパチ、本鮪の赤身、サワラ、真鯛、サーモン、金目鯛、ケンサキイカ、ウニ
そして特大割り箸にずらりと並べられた美しいお刺身(о´∀`о)
