大阪、難波法善寺にある、博多廊さんに行ってきました。
ここはカトープレジャーグループのお店で、つるとんたんを運営している会社です。
まずは突き出しの鶏皮の湯引き
次に刺身の盛り合わせ。すだちがいいですね。
鳥の照り焼きが入った冷麺。これもさっぱりした酸味がいいですね。
地鶏の炭火焼き。 皮がコリコリした食感がいいです。
柚子胡椒がポイントです。
次にメインのもつ鍋。 醤油味の出汁にもつが入って、野菜ともつのダシがでてこれもおすすめ。
最後にデザートが付いて、飲み放題付きで6000円とびっくりしました。
個室もありなかなかコスパがいいですね。
