The Jimami tofu from this shop is chewy and the sauce is delicious, and I really like it! I also always order sea grapes! This one is really bubble wrap! ✨ The Fu Chanpuru and Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) with island chili oil were so delicious that I ended up eating way too much lol Is Okinawan Cuisine delicious? If you're thinking about it, please give it a try! I don't like tofu yolks or bitter gourds so I can't eat them, but personally, this restaurant has a pretty extensive menu and there are a lot of things I can eat! There is no agari service here, so I ordered hot sanpin tea and that was it! Inside the store, you can listen to the music that is often played in Okinawa, and on the big projector you can see images of Okinawan scenery and famous Okinawan singers, giving you a taste of Okinawa!
