I made a reservation for a course meal.・Jimami tofu ・Island chili oil menma ・Mimiga Shikuwasa ponzu ・Salted island rakkyo (in case of poor harvest, we will use substitutes) ・Sea grape salad delivered directly from Okinawa ・ Tempura fried young chicken ・Beni yam Croquette ・Mozuku tempura ・Simmering rafute・Spicy sausage ・Choice of Champuru (bitter gourd or Kurumafu) ・Soki soba 4,500 yen per person (tax included) *Mozuku vinegar was used instead of island rakkyo. Everything was cooked in the Okinawan style and I was very satisfied. Jimami tofu is so delicious. The menma, mimiga, and spicy sausage were just as delicious as you can imagine. The mozuku had different elasticity depending on the thigh. The salad with a great accent of sea grapes, the fried chicken marinated in awamori, and the sweet potato Croquette were all delicious. Tempura was less chewy than the one I had in Okinawa, but it was delicious. The Rafute was creamy and had a nice firm meaty texture with less fat than char siu. Champuru, who can choose between bitter melon and Kurumafu, chooses bitter melon! This was really delicious. I went to this restaurant because I wanted to eat bitter gourd, so I was very satisfied. The Champuru here seems to be stir-fried without breaking the tofu, which allows you to enjoy a variety of textures and is extremely delicious. The soki soba at the end was also great. For drinks, I had Orion beer, Okinawa salt lemon awamori chuhai, Shikuwasa awamori chuhai, Kumesen soda wari, Ender soda wari, and Zanpa white water wari. It was great with all the awamori. On the way home, I received some sata andagi as a service.
