こちら、以前から気になっていたのですが、
昼時は行列が出来る人気店なので回避していた。
ランチタイムは自慢のチーズが食べ放題の
ビュッフェをやっているのでお得感がハンパない。
今回、夜にZEPP NAMBAの帰りに通りかかったら
席に余裕があったので立ち寄ることに。
しかも、なんとタイミング良く、5分後くらいに
出来立てモッツァレライベントなるものが
開催されるというではないですか！
さっそく申し込むと、木製の小皿が供されて、
時間になったらベルが鳴るので来るようにとの説明。
程なくベルが鳴り、入口付近に行ってみると、
出来立てのモッツァレラチーズの大きなやつを
手でちぎって小皿に乗せるパフォーマンス。
出来立てを速やかに食べて下さいと言われ、
さっそくコショウを振って食べてみると、
温かい！
柔らい！！
ちょっと前に流行ったチーズハットクのように
どこまでものびる。
そして、味わいはミルクの風味。
これまで食べたモッツァレラチーズとは全然違う！
貴重な体験が出来た^_^
他に、
鮮度が命なので以前まではイタリアでしか
手に入らなかったチーズの王様という、
ブラータチーズも是非食べて見たかったので、
それが上に載っかった、
お肉たっぷりボロネーゼを注文。
？！
デカいのが、どーんと載っかってる！
ナイフを入れると、ドバッと中身が溢れ出す！(◎_◎;)
ミルクの風味が濃い！
先程の出来立てモッツァレラチーズも
とてもミルキーでしたが、
それを上回る極上のクリーミーな味わい。
素晴らしく美味しい^_^
しかも、パスタもしっかり美味しい^_^
麺一筋 創業108年の淡路麺業が
昔ながらの手打ち製法でつくる
究極のモッチモチの生パスタを使用との事。
