今日は群馬からのお客さんをお迎えしての食事会です。
道頓堀へ向かいます。
お店は焼肉割烹YP流。
個室に案内されます。
まずはビールで乾杯。
さてまずはつきだしから。
3連小皿にはキムチにほうれん草などのナムル。
そしてもう一方の小皿にはタレとオニオンスライスと空きスペース。
空きスペースには塩を使う時用だそう。
小さなビールで乾杯。
しばらく談笑しているとユッケが出て来ます。
小さな器ですね。
さてひさぶりに食しますユッケです。
黄身を潰して紐状の牛肉に絡ませます。
そしてパクリ。
ネットリ甘ーい卵黄と牛肉の味わいが口の中に広がります〜。
めちゃ美味しいですー。
しばらくしてこちらの代名詞とも言えます六段螺旋階段式のお肉たちがやってきます。
皆からお〜という声が上がります。
上からタンシャトーブリアン、ランプ、三角バラ、YPロース、コモモ。
そして下段の丸皿にはサーロインです。
うろ覚えですが感想を述べます。
まずはタンシャトーブリアンから。
見た目はマグロのトロ。
歯応えが独特ですが、焼肉の先鋒としては実力十分で後への期待感を感じさせます。
次はランプ。
均一に入ったサシが良いですね。
三角バラは更にきめ細やかなサシからの脂身が良いですね。
YPロースはやはりあつさりとした味わい。
柔らかで食べやすくすぐに胃の中へ。
1番下段は失念。
すみません。
多分ハラミだったような・・。
ラストはサーロイン。
これは溶き卵でいただきます。
味わう前に胃の中へ。
柔らかすぎ〜。
更に焼肉を一品追加します。
そして肉茶漬けをサラサラ。
シャーベットを食べて終了。
こちらはサービスにムラがあると聞いてましたがまあ及第点。
コスパも。
味と量は満足でした。
お客様には喜んでもらいました。
