最寄り駅は、堺筋線・近鉄セン、『日本橋駅』より徒歩1分くらいの場所、2階にあります。
黒門市場の向かいらへんです(^O^)
少し早めに着いていたので、日本橋周辺をぶらぶらしてました！
インバウンド効果で、アジア系の旅行客が賑わっております。
地元の方はもう、黒門市場内は歩かないで、一本道を外して生活をしていると聞いてます（笑）
お誘いを頂いた方から連絡があり、既に到着して先にワイン？

入店すると、まだ先客さんがほとんどいなく、貸し切り状態

此方のお店は、しゃぶしゃぶ、すき焼き、焼きしゃぶがあり、黒毛和牛、豚肉、出汁もさまざまな出汁が選べます(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
1人でも楽しめますが、複数人で行くといろいろな出汁をシェア出来るので、色んな味を楽しめると思います(^O^)
私が選んだのは…男なら？すき焼きでしょう(//∇//)
しかも牛肉は国産牛、拘りある生産者さんから仕入れされているみたいです(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
火鍋っぽいのがありましたが、私は香草、薬膳、特に八角がダメなんです_:(´ཀ`」 ∠):
数年前に知り合いと香港に旅行兼視察で、火鍋発祥のお店に連れて行ってもらいましたが、撃沈した苦い記憶があります（笑）
私が食べたのは、特選熟成和牛だったと思います。
まずは卵なしで…かなり美味しい牛肉です。
筋ばったのは全くなく、柔らかく幾らでも食べれそう(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
卵にダイブ…うん、少し甘めの割下で、卵を絡める事でマイルドになります。
確実に白ご飯が合いますね(о´∀`о)
お肉も非常に美味しいのですが、オシャレ？キレイに盛られた野菜がまた美味しかったです(๑･̑◡･̑๑)
シャキシャキしてて、野菜メインだったら、しゃぶしゃぶで胡麻ダレ、ポン酢で食べた方がいいかもです(^O^)
