日替り定食 [チキンステーキ＋明太とろろ]
なんでみんなはそんなに自分のことを好きにならなきゃいけないと思っているのかが不思議。それよりも、大事なのは自分を信じることなんじゃないかな。自分を信じて全力でやらないと、周りに対しても失礼になるし、責任を持つことすらできなくなってしまうからね。

スタッフさんたちはお客さんの動きをよく見ており、入店や会計の流れをコンビネーションよく対応されていた。感心、感心。良いお店の基準。

おっきいサバ塩焼定食
さて、本日は『大阪産料理 空 なんばこめじるし店』さんへ足を運ぶ。今年3月にオープンされましたが、コロナ禍の影響で長く『なんばこめじるし』さん自体が休業となっていたため、なかなか行く機会に恵まれなかった。よし、今日こそはと、向かってみる。
・おっきいサバ塩焼定食(980円)
ランチメニューは日替りも含め7種類。どれも魅力的だが、今日は焼き魚が食べたかったので「おっきいサバ塩焼定食」をオーダーする。
なかなか充実した定食内容。ミニサラダ、鶏肉の炒め煮、ゴーヤの酢の物という副菜3品は嬉しい。その名の通りボリューム感のあるさばさん。しっかり旨味が凝縮しており、脂の乗りとのバランスも良い。
特筆すべきはお味噌汁。根菜類がたっぷり。酒粕の風味もあり、満足度高い一杯。美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
この前、通ってみたら堀江のお店でもランチ営業されていたので、また試してみたい。

溢れる才能っていうのは文字通り溢れてくるもんで、自分で止められるやつなんていね。つまり、それは同時に厄災でもあって、なにか大事なもんを人生から押し流しちまうことも、ままある。
ドラマ『エルピス 希望、あるいは災い』を見る。
岸本拓朗は目覚めていく。心の奥に隠していた贖罪を。物事を成し遂げるには志だけでは足りないのか。経験に裏打ちされた交渉力も必要なのか。その経験を積むための失敗の数々。それらは無駄にならない。
さて、本日は強い雨降りの一日。桜ながしの雨となる。傘を差さずに入店できるところから、『なんばこめじるし』さんにある『大阪産料理 空 (おおさかもんりょうり そら)』を選ぶ。3回目のチャレンジとなる。
・本日の日替り定食 [牛バラ肉の甘辛煮込み]＝950円
グランドメニューにも好みのお料理が用意されているが、本日の日替り定食 「[牛バラ肉の甘辛煮込み」で勝負に挑む。
なるほどね、牛丼の具のような一品。このままご飯にかけてガシガシと食べたくなるが、はしたないので自重。ちょうど好みの固さの白米。サラダの中の玉ねぎの瑞々しさ。
美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
ご飯とお味噌汁のおかわりサービスは継続中ですが、折からの値上げの中で、サラダや生たまごなど制限がかけられておりました。大変だけど、頑張って乗り切って欲しい。
