なにわ黒牛や、ウメビーフ、河内鴨、犬鳴豚など大阪産の希少ブランド肉を居酒屋ならではのお手頃価格で味わえたり、泉州玉ねぎや泉州なすびなど地元契約農家の新鮮野菜を扱っています。

ネギトロ、ハマチ、カツオ、ブリ、マグロ、海老など乗りとびっこ散りばめられたお店自慢の海鮮丼は名物とのこと。新鮮さを感じるぷりぷりした歯触りの具材。サラダと塩味加減が良い味噌汁がついてます。

ほんのり甘みがあり独特な食感が魅力の生の水ナス。生姜と醤油でいただきます。
鮮度の良い海鮮をお造りで堪能したいなと思いました。ランチでもお造りを味わえますし、なにわ黒牛や犬鳴豚を使ったメニューや穴子の天丼などがランチで楽しめます。他のメニューを味わいにまた行きたいです。
