ランチにて訪問。大阪産の食材をふんだんに使った料理がいただけるお店。なにわ黒牛の陶板焼き定食をオーダーしました。まずは味噌汁を一口啜ります。魚のアラで取った出汁、それも白身魚のなにか。お店で使用した鮮魚のアラを使っているのでしょう。期待が膨らみます。さて、なにわ黒牛とは大阪南部に位置する阪南市の牧場で育てられた黒毛和牛だそう。これを5mm厚ほどにスライスしたものを陶板焼きでいただくのですが、いわゆる霜降り和牛とはまったく違う赤身の旨さを味わうタイプの牛肉。これが同じ黒毛和牛か？と疑うほど違いますね。機会があればステーキやタルタルなんかで食べてみたいです。
肉のボリュームもあり副菜もよろしい。また訪れたいお店。
