There are ^_^ Kawachi duck, Inunaki pork, Naniwa black beef, gaccho, mizunasu, and fish from Izumisano fishing port! In addition, there are many local sakes, Kawachi wine, and Minoh beer. Many other ingredients that I don't know about. How rich! There are some precious ingredients that only have one producer. Even Asahi Beer must be made in Suita! , I don't know, but it's quite rare to find a store that has all of these things all in one place, and I think that alone is worth coming to. Of course, everything is delicious. Kawachi duck sashimi! Soft and juicy. I've never eaten anything like this. Naniwa Black Beef is grilled on a ceramic platter and melts in your mouth. Make Inunaki pork into Gyoza / Dumpling! It's light and doesn't have any of the bitterness that is typical of Gyoza / Dumpling. Drinks are good too. And it's not that expensive. It was a night to enjoy Osaka. There seem to be several other restaurant like this one. I would like to go there next time. Thank you for the meal. It was delicious. I'll come back later.
