内装高級感ある、食器も美しい、そして何より美味しかった
職人の方も気さくで親切でした
ランチのコースに、トロとウニを単品で追加して
シャインマスカットの果実酒をロックで頼んだけど、甘すぎてご飯と合うわけ無くて、温かい緑茶頼んだらもう最高すぎた。
まぐろの漬けが、分厚くて柚子の皮が少し乗ってて絶品だった。
イカは、すだちと塩がもうマッチしすぎてて幸せ。
茶碗蒸しは、ギリ固体ってくらいで溶ける
でも胡麻豆腐を中に入れる意味はあるのだろうかと思ったけ笑 梅が乗ってたのは個人的に最高すぎた。
最初に出てきた子持ち昆布、初めて食べたけど美味しすぎた！！ニシンの卵が昆布についてる(？)んだってー！
