大好きなセンタラグランドホテル大阪。
リピートを何回もしているけど、こちらは、初。
優雅にランチタイムを。この日は、季節野菜野ガーデンサラダ。新鮮でシンプルなんだけど、さすがラグジュアリーホテルの一皿です。
メインはこの日夜もお肉の予定だったので、和歌山漁港直送鮮魚とムール貝のブイヤベースをセレクト。はぁ〜とため息の美味しさ。ローズマリーチョコレートムースもローズマリーが良きアクセントで
チョコがさらに美味しくひきたてられてました。
次回は、やっぱりステーキとウィスキーだね。（笑）
