Hanasama Ka-you's home-grown farm is located in Moriyama City, Shiga Prefecture, which is rich in nature and overlooks Lake Biwa and the Hira Mountains. Uses self-mixed environmentally recyclable organic compost. We use more than 100 types of Omi vegetables, including organic JAS-certified and EM bio-grown Omi vegetables, as well as environmentally conscious agricultural products certified by Shiga Prefecture, as well as Omi rice, soybeans, and barley.

We drive around the fields and greenhouses of more than 300 farmers in Shiga Prefecture, fishing ports, ranches, poultry farms, production plants, etc. with a private truck and 5 light vans, producing Omi vegetables, rice, soybeans, wheat, Omi beef, pork, and chicken. , Lake Biwa fish, special products, seasonings, local sake, and other ingredients produced in Shiga Prefecture are delivered directly on the same day via the Kosai Road, Mt. Hiei, Kyoto, and the Meishin/Hanshin Expressway in just 2 hours each way.

Shiga Prefecture has many certified local traditional vegetables. It is also famous as one of the country's leading producers of turnips, and the branded vegetables that originated in Shiga Prefecture are well-received locally. Typical Omi vegetables grown in the winter include Japanese vegetables, Kitanosho na, Maki turnip, Akamaru turnip, Ibuki radish, Yamada nezumi radish, Hatasho yam, Shimoda eggplant, Sugitani eggplant, and Mizuguchi kanpyo.
Food Buy a whole A5/A4 certified Omi beef
The only Omi beef auction in Shiga Prefecture is held at the Shiga Meat Market in Omihachiman City. In January 2015, Hanasama ka-you obtained the "buying right" that allows it to participate in the auction to buy a whole Omi beef carcass as a trading participant in the Shiga Meat Center local wholesale market.
