We mainly use raw lamb and lamb meat shipped directly from Hokkaido. Fresh raw lamb that has never been frozen has no odor and a rich flavor that is exquisite! We also offer rare cuts such as lamb tongue and lamb skirt steak that are rarely seen even in Hokkaido, the home of lamb. You can enjoy Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) with seasonal grilled vegetables. Our recommendation is the 6,000 yen course with all-you-can-drink! It starts with three types of appetizers and soy sauce, followed by our main meats of lamb shoulder and thigh, plus one lamb chop per person! You can enjoy a total of about 300g of volume. We are proud of our highly satisfying lineup, which ends with sudachi Cold Noodles and dessert.
