In particular, the dinner course "Sakura Course" features a variety of Tempura made with seasonal ingredients, including seafood such as angel shrimp and sea bream. We also offer the "Japanese Black Beef Teppan Course - Washi", where you can savour the sirloin and fillet of Japanese Black Beef carefully selected by the head chef.
