The impressive katsu sandwich Pork Cutlet is made in the kitchen of Osaka Pork Cutlet (formerly Chiyomatsu), a sister restaurant that is popular for its hearty Katsu-don (Pork cutlet bowl) (katsudon), and only makes the amount that will be sold that day! Carefully selected pork that has been slowly cooked at a low temperature for 24 hours is coated with a crunchy batter and then fried to crispy perfection in the most suitable lard (pork back fat). We use high-quality tomatoes from Okayama Prefecture for our original sauce, which we are proud to create with a focus on the balance of sweetness, sourness, and umami.◎The cutlet sandwiches are carefully prepared for each order!
