We offer authentic Edomae nigiri Sushi at bar prices using fresh fish delivered directly from all over Japan. We have a lineup of dishes that customers can enjoy to their heart's content, such as bluefin tuna prepared using our unique aging technique, the hearty Fuji platter, and the chef's choice 5-piece platter that changes with each order. In addition, our rose rice, made with freshly cooked rice cooked that day, Edomae red vinegar and Kansai-style rice vinegar, and boiled soy sauce made with tuna flakes and secret ingredients, are special dishes that further enhance the flavor of Sushi.
