非常事態宣言解除後の嫁との外食。一発目はシースー！
非常事態宣言解除でも三密は避けて飲食。カウンターに座り、岩魚と鮎の水槽を眺めながら注文かいし。おまかせで、お願いはしたが、それプラスαを注文。
突き出しの潤菜と葛切り素麺のウニ寄せと岩魚のお造りからスタート、岩魚の肝のアテ、小鮎の天ぷら、メニューで目についたカラスミをおまかせ以外で頂いた。ボラに加えて鮎とサバのカラスミの食べ比べを楽しんだ。まず、ボラ以外のからすみがらある事じたい、恥ずかしながら知らなかった。勉強になる。
3種のカラスミを岩魚の骨酒で頂き、イカゲソの湯引きと続く。骨酒に使った岩魚は次酒をした後に焼き直してもらってから頂きました。始末はちゃんとしやんな、食べ物に失礼や。
握りは、大阪湾近海のハリイカから開始。ひらめ、まぐろの漬け、こはだ、シャコの雄雌、紅白の鏑木、はも、海老、鯖、煮アワビ、いくら、塩あなご、最後も大阪で獲れたイカに酢飯を詰めて...全て江戸前の仕事をした、美味い寿司。穴子はツメでコッテリ終わるかと思いきや塩で食わせといて、最後はイカ寿司でツメでコッテリや、やられた。w
基本禁酒していたので、次酒おかわり2回の骨酒とお代わりの、にごり酒で不覚にも少し酔ってタクシーで自宅まで帰った。
しかし、たっぷり食べたのにリーズナブルな価格、大満足の寿司屋でした。
