When I go to this restaurant, I venture to take the Hankai train from Tennoji to enjoy the downtown atmosphere. In August, the owner himself goes fishing for ayu (sweetfish), which is delicious. Sashimi of ayu fish from the Arita River and grilled ayu fish from the Azumi River in Lake Biwa are exquisite. ‼️ If you order sashimi, you will be served ayu fish bones Senbei (rice crackers), Uruka miso, homemade Karasumi (a standard dish), and sakura shrimps sashimi, and the lukewarm barrel sake will go down very well. On this day, the owner told us that we should have o Sushi soon too! O Sushi is an edomae Sushi of classic which uses no soy sauce at all. All the o Sushi have been handled and tasted well. It is also delicious. I would like to visit this restaurant again during the sweetfish season.
