ここは大阪の下寺町にあるお寿司屋さん
今回2年ぶりに顔出してみた
店内は狭く10席のL型カウンターでライブ感漂う店内。
お店は数年前に改装したらしく中々綺麗
大将はこの場所で20年以上してて腰が引くく気さくな職人て感じの方で、お弟子さんもかれこれ10年近く修行してるから地元密着型の人気店やね。
基本はアラカルトみたいですが大将のお任せもあるので〜
全体的に一品物は最高に美味いし寿司も小ぶりで食べやすい。
個人的にはシャリが少し柔らかい気するかな。
