喜久安さんでランチ
平日12時30分頃に訪問
お客さんはソコソコ。
入口の佇まいからして高級感がある。
店内もモチロン上質感あり、
ここで日替わり1000円ランチを注文。
スープと沢庵が先に出される。
た、沢庵が味がしっかり入っていて美味い。
スープはよくあるタイプの中華スープ。
次にご飯とメインのハンバーグ、鯵の竜田揚げ、サラダ、きんぴらごぼうとモヤシ。
ハンバーグはツナギのタマネギの甘みが感じられてジューシーな仕上がり、デミグラスソースとよく合っている。
全体的にはボリューム感は少ないがご飯おかわり出来るので問題なし、品数が多く1000円ランチとしてはかなり良いと思います。
再訪はありです。

Yakiniku restaurant directly managed by a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) shop! There are rare cuts that are high quality and expensive, but even the cheaper meat is of much higher quality than usual. |
大阪市天王寺区「焼肉 喜久安」さん
JR環状線「桃谷駅」から西へ徒歩3分のところにある「焼肉 喜久安」さん、以前に「日替わりランチ」をいただいて凄く美味しかったので2回目の訪問となります。
店内は非常に清潔感のある落ち着いたお洒落な雰囲気で1階にはカウンター席とテーブル席、2階にはテーブル席があり合計84席と結構広いです。
カウンター席に着席し「本日のおすすめ定食」（2000円税込み）を注文
5分程で着丼。
お肉は「ハネシタ」「ラムシン」「上カルビ」が各3枚で非常に高品質なお肉で美味しかったです。
また、「もみダレ」「つけダレ」ともに薄めであっさり系ダレなので更にお肉の味を引き立ててくれます。
「ナス」「レンコン」「にんじん」「ピーマン」「カボチャ」「タマネギ」とお野菜たっぷりが嬉しいですね！
「キムチ」は少量ですが、少し甘みがあり食べやすくて美味しいかったです。
「ライス」「スープ」とセットで2000円なら充分過ぎる内容で、非常に満足度高い焼肉ランチをいただくことができました。
お店の方の対応も高レベルです。
またお伺いさせていただきたいと思います。
