春ですねーてんしばの桜が満開に近く
お花見日和ですね。
大阪メトロ定期券売場では特設コーナー設置も
長蛇の列。
そんな天王寺界隈。
13時半頃あべのルシアスに行くと
何だかどこも空いてる
いつも大行列のこの店も行列して無かった。
当然入るでしょ。
2人掛けテーブル席に座りました。
ただしランチは売り切れしたのも有り
魚屋丼と海老フライだけ残ってました。
昨日に続き海鮮丼になりましたが、
魚屋丼ランチ 何と840円
プレミアム生ビール 440円を注文しました。
スグ生ビールを出してくれました。
生ビールを飲んでると
ほんの2.3分で魚屋丼が出来て来ました。
スタンドふじは職人さんも多いし、
繁盛店だからか提供が早いんです。
さすが新鮮な魚たちにめかぶや海苔やにんじんや
刻んだ大葉や生玉子がトッピングされた温かいごはん。
スプーンには山芋とろろといくらが乗って、わさびも付いて
出汁醤油を回し掛けて食べると
めちゃくちゃ美味しかった
魚が安いだけの店と謳って出来てから
今や梅田にも心斎橋にも進出して人気。
食べ終わりに近づくと店員さんに言って
出汁を出してもらって、出汁茶漬けとして
食べると
コレがまためちゃくちゃ美味しいんです。
生ビールも飲んで、お腹いっぱいになって
1280円と安くて美味しかった。
ふじが本気になったら
まぐろ丼や海鮮丼もインスタ映えする品が出来るでしょうけど
これ以上行列できると回らないから
やらないんでしょうね。
今日はラッキーでした。
やはり美味しかった。ご馳走様でした
