阿倍野の表記のビストロに友人と訪問。松虫通沿いの住宅街にひっそりと佇む。
上町線の東天下茶屋駅から徒歩7分。瀟洒なファザードの入り口を開けるとカウンターとテーブル席がいくつかある。鉢巻をした大柄のマスターが一人で切り盛り。料理はすべてアラカルト。
まずはたくさんある中から好きなものを選ぶ前菜盛り合わせ５種2400円。今回は生ハム、玉ねぎのキッシュ、ウニとトマトのムース、エビのタルタル、カンパチの厚切りカルパッチョをチョイス。写真ではわかりにくいけど驚くボリューム。骨太の料理とはまさにこのこと。店主おすすめのスパークリングと一緒に味わう。。。
赤ワインはシラーの重ためのもの。
まずは出来立てのメイン料理の付け合わせ。ローストした巨大玉ねぎの上には牛肉の脂身が載っていて一緒にいただく。
メインは和牛イチボ肉のロースト。推定800gくらいの切りつけ。滑らかでしっとりした食感は火入れの妙。パンチのある盛り付けに感激。。ボリューム満点で大満足。
ワインが残ったのでチーズ盛り合わせ1600円。。。。お腹いっぱいで店を出る。。ご馳走様でした。。
