正月に阿倍野で晩御飯。。あべのハルカスのヘビーユースする表記の店を訪問。普段はガラガラなんだけどこの日は満席。テーブル席に案内いただいたのでお任せではなく軽めの江戸前膳4620円というものを所望。
いいちこの水割りとともにタコの酢の物が供される。中身は普通。。
天ぷらのネタのプレゼンテーション。。とてもいい感じなり。
最初に車海老、レアに揚げられた甲イカ、ジューシーな舞茸。。これらを4種類の塩を使っていただく。
続いてはこの店のスペシャリティメニューのハマグリ。。甘辛いタレが掛かる。。。パリパリの鱗が香ばしい甘鯛、カリフラワーと続く。。
大きな穴子は梅の入った大根おろしと天つゆでいただく。身厚でパリッとした食感がとてもいい。揚げ油は精製した極上のごま油100％。ごま油特有の癖と重たさは全く感じない。
最後は海老のかき揚げ茶漬けでフィニッシュ。。美味しくいただきました。。。
