Our popular menu is hamburger steak, which uses 100% beef and is served with our traditional homemade demi-glace sauce. We offer a total of 10 types of hamburger steak, including "BOSTON Hamburger Steak", "Stewed Hamburger Steak", and our specialty "Soup Hamburger Steak" that can only be tasted at Showa-cho BOSTON.
