●煮干しラーメン
バランスの取れた1品。
燕三条系とはちょっと違う。
でもこれはこれで 出来上がっている料理。

・この原価高騰の時代にこのチャーシューの品質、ボリュームは素晴らし。
レアチャーシューをこの量で入れてくれるのは意気込み感じます。
●もうひと手間…
背油が効いててまろやかさはいいのだが、その分「かど」が取れすぎてて…
もう少しエッジが効いててもいいのかな。
