本日のLucnhは大阪・阿倍野にある【バッファロー29あべの店】です。
近鉄・大阪阿部野橋駅南側って食べる所が少ない。
夜の飲み屋は多いんですけどね。。
食べたのはコレ↓
→激レアローストタン丼(980円)
【激レア】って単語に惹かれました。。
そして、牛タンだしね。
少し待って登場!!!

何か違う。
メニュー写真と違う。。
メニュー写真は「ローストビーフ丼」なのかな？
見た感じ、
「単に乗っけただけ」感があるな。。

牛タンは分厚い。
頂きます。
うーーーーーん。
肉、そのまんま。
牛タン、そのまんま。
考えてみれば、
牛タンって、焼肉屋の塩タンくらいしか食べた事なかった。
焼けば、
あの歯応えが最高に旨い。
でも、
この程度ローストなら、「生肉」感が結構強く、
普通に「舌」を噛んでる感覚。
(→「舌を噛む」経験なんて無いけどね。。)
まぁ、
分かり易く言うと、「ゴハン」と合ってないな。
丼にする必要ないと思う。
途中、味が飽きたので...
→塩類。
左がバルサミコ酢かな？
→投入。
これで少しは食べやすくなったね。
