塊肉の勉強に天王寺に。
１６時やのにほぼ満席。凄いなー。
天王寺の裏路地って舞台があったり、昔トライベンティがあったりマニアックやけどいい所よねー。
目の前にも舞台があったりとか素晴らしい。
風俗と大衆が入り混じった場所。
麺類王女を天王寺に住まそうかと思ったけどやめよ（笑）
店内に入って塊肉をチョイス。原木から選べるんやね。
赤身中心にチョイス。
今流行りの冷凍サワーも各種やっている。
サワーの次は何かねー？？
肉は神戸のギャロみたいな揚げ焼き。
焼いた後に油でじっくりと揚げて行く。ごま油みたいやけどごま油の香りはそんなにしない。
凄いボリューム！！
イチボ、ランプで１kg頼んでがっつり。
塊肉をメインにして沖縄料理っていうのが面白い。
ストーリー性はよくわからなかったけど塊肉を目の前で焼き上げて大衆酒場の価格やったら嬉しいよね。
