We are proud of our roux, which skillfully brings out the aroma and flavor of 13 types of spices, and uses high-purity tallow made in-house from the tendon of domestic Japanese black beef, and has a multi-layered aroma, beautiful flavor, and richness. In addition to medium-spicy and dry flavors, there is also a [sweet] version available only at the Tennoji store, and you can also add extra spiciness. The ``Special'' is a heaping portion of daily-changing vegetable Side Dishes and is a fun way to enjoy curry as if it were a feast. For those who don't like spiciness, Hayashi rice, a rice flavored with spices, is a good choice. |
