PR for restaurants |
I'm impressed by the unique dishes every time.
This restaurant, which moved in June 2008, has an attractive counter-style setting like a traditional Japanese restaurant. The owner, Mr. Nakamura, is known for serving seasonal dishes that make the m |
There is a quiet restaurant a short walk from Tamazukuri Station. "Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Nagahori" The interior is in the style of an eel's sleeping quarters, reminiscent of Kyoto. There is a courtyard at the very back, which can be seen from the table seats. The dishes are made with ingredients carefully selected by the chef, and are very unique. You can enjoy a variety of seasonal ingredients in small portions on the sashimi platter. The best is wasabi, whose aroma makes you want to drink alcohol! On this day, there were three dishes of asparagus, which is in season now. We had it as sashimi with yolk soy sauce, and the head as Tempura. The other dish was grilled and served with tartar sauce with plenty of eggs. Potato salad and broad bean salad. Boiled water eggplant, lotus root Tempura, and lots of vegetables (lol) The salmon appetizer was liver salad. The grilled dish was salted grilled Onigiri, a garlicky Onigiri that made the meal easy to eat. For the final course, we had grilled rice balls and clam soup. I love crispy grilled rice balls. The simmered conger eel, which I forgot to take a photo of, was also delicious with the addition of kinome leaf buds. The alcohol was carefully selected, and we were able to try some unusual options. There is still so much I want to try, so this is a restaurant I would like to return to.
