I visited Ajizake Kamunabi, located at 2-7-12 Uchikubojicho, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. I made a reservation and visited Ajizake Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), one of the 2022 100 Best Izakayas. The food is a short course. Each dish is carefully explained to us, including the ingredients. The staff is knowledgeable about ingredients, and the chef is basically the sole cook. Salted beans, sashimi, sea bream, sardines, bud greens, firefly squid ruibe, fried ankimo, golden ginger tempura, and turnip Sushi. All of these dishes are perfect for drinking, and are served as side dishes. The snacks to make you enjoy drinking sake are absolutely delicious! The salted beans at the start of the meal were a catchy sake snack, and the fried ankimo in particular was a deep-fried Fried food with a condensed flavor, and it was fresh and incredibly delicious. It was a 100 best Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal.
