ねこが間違って戯れるんじゃないかなぁ
って思うくらい。
フォークのかわりに、
かぎ針や棒針を添えたくなる。
表面に軽く吹き付けたチョコパウダーが
ウールっぽくて不思議な食感。
生クリームがたっぷりのムースは
甘さ控えめでした。
中心はイチゴのコンフィチュールと
チョコのスポンジで
適度な酸味が良いアクセントです。
